If you click on the button to redeem the spins, the Coin Master app opens, but the redemption cannot be completed:
1. Close Coin Master completely.
2. Return to Sticker Master and click again on the button previously used to redeem the spins, even if the button already appears clicked.
In some cases, this resolves the issue.
